• Full name — to identify you and address your deliveries.
• UAE phone number — used for sign-in, one-time password (OTP) verification, and order updates.
• Delivery address — to deliver the products you order.
• Order history — the products and orders associated with your account.
• Device push notification token — to send you order status notifications.

We do not collect payment card details in the App; payment is arranged on delivery or via bank transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

• To create and secure your account and verify your identity via SMS OTP.
• To process, prepare, and deliver your orders.
• To contact you about your orders and respond to your enquiries.
• To send push notifications about your order status.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.

4Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the App. Your data may be processed by:

• Supabase — secure database hosting and user authentication. It stores your account and order data on our behalf.
• Twilio — sends the SMS one-time passwords (OTP) used to verify your phone number at sign-in.

These providers process your information only as needed to deliver their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

5Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in access-controlled systems. Sign-in uses passwordless phone OTP, so no password is stored. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to safeguard your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

6Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, fulfil orders, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When the information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your Rights").
